Cancellations: We require 30 days notice of cancellation before your reservation date in order to receive a refund of deposit less a $30 cancellation charge. If you cancel later than 14 days, we will charge for the full amount of the reserved days, including tax. For parties of two rooms or more, we require 45 days notice of cancellation.
